this is a townhouse. It has one master bedroom available with private bath. a second full bath upstairs. new washer /dryer unit. large closet space, a full kitchen downstairs, and living room downstairs. 1/2 bath downstairs
there is presently no couch in living room but can be acquired if requested . unit has its own free parking space wide enough for 2 cars.
Need car to get to closest food shopping Publix etc. about 1 mile 1/2 away
very quiet and peaceful place. master room is very comfortable and has a nice view of the lake with ducks
very close to interstate 75 , just off of the Bonita Springs exit
