Loving life in Bonita Springs

We loved our stay here and would absolutely stay here again! From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice how spacious the house is and how accurately the photos represent it. The layout is ideal, featuring a large kitchen that opens to a beautiful lanai and pool area, with bedrooms positioned on either side for privacy.The location is perfect—nestled in a quiet, welcoming community just two miles from the beach. We cooked frequently, and the kitchen was well-appointed with every tool we needed. A fantastic bonus was having bicycles and beach chairs available, which we used often for trips to the beach. Enjoyed being so close to the beach to pop over for early morning walks along the water. The lanai is shaded, and the pool gets sun for most of the day, making it the perfect spot for breakfast, lounging in the pool, and enjoying dinner and the evening outside. The owners have truly thought of everything, and their communication was excellent—quick and responsive whenever we had questions.We can't wait to return!

Wonderful experience

My family stayed here for almost 3 months and loved every minute of it. Karl is a wonderful host, was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. We loved the location. Everything you need is within 5-10 minutes drive and beautiful beaches are 10 minutes away. Highly recommend for families with young children as well. The house has child-proof safety features and an optional gate around the pool for extra precaution. The neighborhood is also safe and quiet. We loved our stay and highly recommend.

This house was amazing - the owners have thought of everything a guest might need. Instructions were clear; the beds were really comfortable; the pool was super fun. I was here with my whole family (in shifts over 2 weeks) and we all had a great time, including my 17-month old granddaughter.The pictures were accurate, but the home in reality was even better than expected. Great location: convenient to beaches & shopping. We hope to return in the future!

Perfect quiet place in Bonita Spring

Thank you Karl and Mimi for sharing your lovely home with us. Our family had a great time. Home was clean, organized, and came with everything we need. It was located 10 minutes from grocery stores and the beach. Kids really enjoyed the pool. The only suggestion we would have is provide an option for heating the pool. My family has absolutely loved staying at this property and Karl has been a wonderful host. He has been very responsive each time we needed to reach out and the entire experience from booking to arriving and staying for over a month has been terrific. The house is wonderful and perfectly suited for us and our toddler. We've felt safe and secure and had extra peace of mind with the safety fence around the pool Karl set up for us before we arrived. The house has all the amenities we have needed. The location is terrific - quiet, gated community less than 10 minutes drive to a public beach and a little further to one of the most beautiful nature preserves we've been to. Grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and ice cream shops 5 minutes away. It's been a wonderful trip for our family.

Exceptional home with fabulous and super helpful owners

We stayed at this property for a month. Absolutely loved it! The home is beautiful, immaculately clean and well maintained. It’s very thoughtfully stocked and we couldn’t think of anything that was missing. It’s also very tastefully done up. In fact, the pictures don’t do justice to how lovely it actually is. The outdoor space is gorgeous! The pool is beautiful and heated. Lovely for kids and it has a lot of pool toys. Also a great place to sit and work remotely. The neighborhood is quiet yet very conveniently located. The beach is five minutes away and all stores and conveniences are at your doorstep. Karl and Mimi were very helpful and always available to answer our questions and concerns. We will surely be coming back to their gorgeous home in the future!!
