This large home has a bright, open and spacious floor plan. This home also features a laundry room, large walk in closets, entry way and pantry. Large sliding glass doors off the living room. Plenty of parking and a very private entrance. Drip coffee maker in the kitchen. Pool Heat is optional for $20 per night

No pets, No smoking, No parties. Pool heat is available for $20 per night and must be requested ahead of time. Downstairs bedroom as a King bedroom, Upstairs bedrooms... #1 King, #2 King, #3 King, #4 Full and Twin, #5 Queen pull out sofa bed and 2 sleeper chairs. Extra persons fee applies to groups over 8.

Relaxing Oasis

Beautiful home, great space for a multi-generational family stay. Overall very comfortable with upscale features, including spa-like bathrooms. The whole family really enjoyed the pool and hot tub!

We had a very nice stay with family. Everything was pretty much as stated. The younger kids really loved the pool and the availability of the bikes and beach/pool toys was very nice!

Great Family Vacation Rental

We all enjoyed our stay! The house was immaculate, and had plenty of beach and pool supplies. Great open floor plan and a beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen. We loved the location and the neighborhood. We had a slight issue with a bathroom door, but otherwise everything was great!

We stayed at this house with 2 more families and had a great time! The place was very clean and welcoming. Check in was very easy. Check out was at 10:00am and I requested 2 hours extra so we can take it easy in the morning but until I received an approval their guy was already there at 10am sharp.

Amazing house for business trip

3 of my colleagues and I chose to try lodging in this VRBO home rather than staying in a hotel, as we would typically do. It was absolutely perfect. Clean, spacious, accommodating, and a great place to relax after days of meetings. The property manager was responsive and easy to work with. We couldn’t have selected a better place.

A nice break

House was great and location really convenient. Loved the small pool area. There were 9 of us and while we aren’t loud people, we found that any noise outside after 11:00pm draws the ire of some anonymous neighbor. But we adjusted. Aside from that, all was great. And the communication with the property management was timely throughout.

Newly Constructed, Clean and Modern

Great communication with property management. Close to beach (a short drive). We had trouble with heating the pool at the beginning but the property managers were quick to respond and worked to resolve. Professional management of the property was a big plus. Everything is clean and new. No clutter or mess. Furnishing is cheap but works fine to make a comfortable living space for a vacation.

Excellent Bonita Springs Stay

My family and I including adults, children, and infant, enjoyed this wonderful property for a long weekend. The Location is just what we needed! Access to the beach if we wanted, but also an incredible pool at the property. The pool was a HUGE hit with the kids. We enjoyed using the grill by the pool and kitchen to prepare meals. We had a group of 11 so this.was a great alternative to eating out for meals. The bikes provided were great cruising bikes to check out the area. I would give the area a 8/10 for walkability and bike ability for leisure. The nearby beach was incredible. We had beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and coolers. We hardly had to pack anything besides clothing! I would recommend this house and location to a friend.

Immaculate Vacation House

We spent two weeks here as a family of 5. The house was pristine and clean. It has been really thoughtfully furnished, in high end finishings. The kitchen and outdoor bbq were a joy to use. The beds were super comfortable, and there were enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! I really appreciated all the cooking utensils supplied, and the bikes and beach supplies were a bonus. We will stay here again in a heartbeat. The only star I took off was for the check in time. Having stayed in vacation rentals for nearly 13 years in this area, we've never had to wait until 5pm for check in. Coming from the airport, that was a bit of a pain.

Fantastic Family Retreat

We had the best time in this gorgeous property. The property is beautiful, spacious, clean and has the best layout. We were a group of family ranging in age from 17 - 85 and this home was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the patio by the pool, cooking on the grill and playing cards at the dining room table. The kitchen was perfectly setup to cook all our meals while also engaging with everyone in the living room or sitting at the island. The location was perfect. We were within a few minutes to the closest grocery store and bikes were provided so we could ride around the neighborhood. The beach was also super close and we spent an afternoon enjoying a beautiful beach with tons of shells. This home was an amazing space for us to meet. We came from Texas, New York and New Jersey to be together and spend some time with each other. It was perfect. We highly recommend this property.

Great house for large family

The Mansion is beautiful, newly built with modern updates, smart TVs. The pool is beautiful and larger enough for 12 of us. Took a day to get the whole pool heated, but hot tub was ready the first night. Grill area was right by the pool. Plenty of space for all to eat and bedrooms were good size with king bed and very comfortable. Kitchen was well supplied, though not enough garbage bags and remember to bring your own shampoo and soap for bathrooms. The house is in a older residential area, the beach and Doc’s beach house is only a couple min. Drive away. They supplied 4 bikes and plenty of beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and beach toys. Everything was very clean.

Great SWFL holiday

Location: Bonita Springs, FL (just south of Fort Myers Beach and just north of Naples) Our stay at this larger 5-bedroom house in Bonita Springs was absolutely wonderful. As a new construction, the house was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect – very convenient and felt safe. The property itself was fantastic. The pool and hot tub, enclosed with a screened area, were a huge hit with our family. We spent many evenings relaxing there. The 3-car garage was great for the raining evening and packing up. The availability of bikes and beach chairs was a nice touch for our beach outings. We took advantage of the proximity to Naples and Fort Myers Beach, going on a fishing charter and exploring Naples. The house is also close to the Everglades, where we enjoyed an exciting airboat tour. The location truly offered a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure. The 5th bedroom had a pull-out couch and two chairs that converted to single beds, making it an ideal space for kids, also had a wall mounted TV. Overall, we loved our stay and plan on coming back. This house in Bonita Springs is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located vacation rental.
