Screened lanai overlooking a lovely fenced backyard. With amenities like a washing machine, hair dryer, WiFi, and Roku, guests will feel right at home. Kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Bonita Springs and my house has to offer. Located in a quiet charming neighborhood with a bike path, and 2 included bikes. Within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and 2 ice cream parlors. Only 1.5 miles to 2 beautiful white sand beaches, with beach chairs, towels, and umbrella provided.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Do not leave dirty dishes in dishwasher, please put your sheets and bath towels in the laundry room.

Please make sure you have all your belongings. Remove all food from refrigerator, and dump ice in the sink, and turn off ice maker. Don’t leave any trash in the house.

Please put the garbage, and recycling cans out to the curb for pick up upon departing. Make sure all ceiling fans and lights are off. Close all blinds.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Clean- supplied well- everything was operational- plenty of linens- paper products- comfy beds- comfy pillows- nice layout. Everything in the pictures are as shown. Motion light over garage- nice if you come back during the evening. The host was very responsive- we will stay again. Tammy
