Sleeps 6 comfortably with large open-view sliding glass doors yielding view of pool and golf course from almost every room in the house. Also fully established kitchen, dining room, living room all completely furnished and ready for move-in to create just the right atmosphere for relaxing and entertaining with friends and family. High vaulted ceilings overlooking large Lanai area on 7th fairway with enclosed fully screened, in-ground, heated salt-water pool will delight you in the lovely Florida sunshine.

    Located 3 miles from both Bonita and Barefoot Beaches on Gulf of Mexico, equidistant between Naples and Ft. Myers. Spanish Wells is a semi-private gated golf community (open to the public) with many amenities including a club house within walking distance, workout room, community pool, bocce and pickleball courts. The home is situated nearby to grocery stores, banks, post office, restaurants, hotels and other conveniences not far from nightlife favorites, Mercado and Promenade

    $6000/month off-season; $8000/month on-season (December through April). Discounts for stays longer than 6 months.

Plumbing issues

Property was not professionally cleaned before arrival. Plumbing back up in Master Bath in the shower and toilet. We had to share the guest bathroom with our guests the first four days we were there. Backed up a few more times during our stay. Had to have a plumber come. We found out the house had been sold prior to our arrival after we signed the contract. We had to leave the house one day because the realtor representing the buyers were bringing contractors in to go over all of the remodeling the new owners wanted to have done. We have never had problems like that in any rental properties we have rented. It was not a good experience.
