Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC, dish washer, and a washing machine. Relax in the jaccuzzi bathtub after a day at the beach or golf. Spanish Wells is a very large, safe and lovely gated community with golf, tennis and pickle ball open to guests. Enjoy newly renovated kitchen with brand new quartz countertops and specialized lighting. Lanai overlooks a beautiful pond view with golf greens in the background. There are 3 nine hole courses within Spanish Wells. Nightlife and Restaurants abound in both Bonita Springs, Mercato and 5th Avenue in downtown Naples. My home is your home- welcome to Florida!

Beautiful area, great weather.

We enjoyed a delightful 6 weeks - great restaurants, great sights, easy access to the Gulf, Naples, and Marco Island.The owner was delightful and easy to work with.

Bonita Springs Stay

Our stay here was wonderful, This its a very nicely furnished, well equipped dog friendly condo in a nice golf community. The owner was very well organized, attentive, and immediately responsive to any questions or issues - which were few/minor. Indeed, though we have never met her, she seemed like a very sweet lady! We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo without reservation.
