    Recently remodeled and designed with an open-concept layout, our home is comfortable, inviting, and perfect for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

    You’re just **about a mile from Bonita and Barefoot Beach**, making it easy to spend your days enjoying the Gulf, soaking up the sun, collecting shells, or watching the sunset.

    And when you’ve had enough beach time, come home, grab a cold drink, and jump into your **private pool!**

    RELAX & UNWIND

    The spacious main living area features **vaulted ceilings** and an open layout that connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area—giving everyone plenty of room to relax and spend time together.

    A second living space toward the back of the home opens directly onto the **screened-in lanai and pool area**, creating the perfect indoor/outdoor Florida living space.

    The pool was completed in **February 2019** and is a favorite spot for cooling off after a day at the beach or simply enjoying a relaxing afternoon at home.

Our time spent here was excellent. Between the location, the pool, and the large well laid out home, it was perfect. The hosts were easy to reach if needed and very responsive. If we plan another trip to Bonita Springs we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable home nestled in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of stores and restaurants. Conveniently located, a short drive to grocery and other stores and literally minutes to Bonita Beach. Private saltwater pool was pristine and perfect for the grandchildren. Kitchen was well-equipped and laundry was a plus. Hosts were great, instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Loved it all!

Amazing and clean

The house was amazing! It is stocked with way more than any VRBO I have ever stayed at! The pool was amazing and very clean. The location was great! We rented bikes and rode everywhere we needed to go! We will definitely close this house again once Bonita Springs is Built back up from the hurricane!

Wonderful Vacation experience

We really enjoyed our stay here. The pool was a highlight, the property clean and was close to some fun outside adventures when we wanted something besides the pool. Our 4 children were 8 and under and it felt relaxing, fun and safe. Contact with the owner was easy and timely.

AMAZING

Everything was PERFECT! The house was beautiful and very well kept, the screened in patio / pool was refreshing and creature free, and the location was perfect. There was plenty to walk to and everything else was a very short drive or bike ride. The hosts were also very accommodating! We had zero issues with anything but they managed to check in with us (via text) a couple of times to see how things were going. I not only highly recommend, I intend to come back to this home often.

Bonita Springs Family Vacation

The Maxwell family provided a nice home and pool area for my family. The home had almost everything we needed. When I did text the property manager on something, he immediately ordered from Amazon and had to us within 48 hours. We will be referring this property to friends and other family members and will be back again for a family vacation.
