"Convenient location, nice to be on the water."

"We had a great time and enjoyed the property!! It was nice having the additional cottage from the main house. The main house had a great view of the sun in the morning and the moon at night. We easily fit 10 people in the place. The property had a large parking area where we were able to park (4) large Trucks/SUV's and (3) boat trailers. The entrance to the property is tight, but we were able to get trucks and trailers into the parking area. The Boat ramp probably could be utilized if you have a small boat, but it's tucked a little behind the house and hard to maneuver with the landscaping. There is a boat ramp close, so it was quick and easy to drop boat and dock boats at house. We were able to dock (3) boats inside the dock area. My only advice would be to upgrade some beds and dryer in main house. There is a restaurant close (Kiki's) which is walkable, but no sidewalks so be careful at night. Overall we really enjoyed the property."

"This property is fantastic! It’s in perfect condition, both inside and out. The grounds were immaculate. They had everything you could need, from pool games and beach games to beach towels, life jackets, entertainment around the pool, large porches, a dock for a boat, a fish cleaning area at the dock’s end, paddle boards, kayaks, and more. The layout was ideal for a large group with multiple families. The host was super responsive and helpful with all our questions. We can tell they really care about the home and the property. Definitely recommend! We cannot wait to come back"

"We really enjoyed our week at this house! The house was exceptionally clean and everything was new. The owner has clearly made the effort to make this house comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. We loved the sitting area downstairs and spent many evenings there. Beds were all very comfortable. Overall, the house was all we could have hoped for. For those with a boat - there is a ramp directly across the canal that has a 10 fee. It’s wide enough to launch a 22-24’ boat. Loading is a little difficult under power (because of how narrow the canal is), but floating on was our approach. Having the ramp there was very convenient. No-wake run is about 20 minutes. The boat lift worked perfect. Canal is about 5’ deep and very quiet. There is on-water gas about 200 yards from the house. Bahia Honda bridge was a 15 minute run, 7-mile bridge about 25 min. Communication with the owner was great. We loved our stay here and planning to come back again!"

"The property is listed accurately. It is a very basic fishing cottage, but clean. It could be a better experience if they would fix a couple things: > Most Importantly for safety, repair the back stairs. The 2x4 holding up the left side is ready to fall off. I was tempted to fix it. > Clean the kitchen cupboard with the pot & pans more often. > Replace the Microwave, the inside bottom is rusting. > Connect the very nice refrigerator's ice maker to a water line. > As it is Mid Summer in the Florida Keys, the little window AC units were struggling to keep up. The kitchen could use it's own window AC unit. > The driveway could use a load of gravel, since it is muddy. My recommendation is for the owner to put a little more TLC into the property, and we may stay there again."

"2nd time staying at this OASIS. I feel right at home the minute we pull in. The grounds are gorgeous & you have a lot of privacy. It is very dog friendly with numerous ways to set up the yard to accommodate them. The house has everything you need (with nice bonuses if you’re bringing a boat). My husband and I work remote and have had no issues with the internet. This truly is a home away from home."

" Nice house, beautifully decorated and clean. Great location for boating. We brought our 24’ boat, total length is 27.5’ with windlass, anchor and motor up. The neighbor is so kind and didn’t mind that our boat was encroaching on his seawall."
