"We loved our stay at this house! Everything about staying here just felt easy and relaxing. The dock is great, and having the boat ramp just down the road is incredibly convenient. The fully fenced yard was a huge plus for us, especially with our dogs. They loved being able to roam around and explore the yard. The front of the property has plenty of space for parking your vehicles and boat trailer. The backyard is very private and feels secluded because of all of the beautiful tropical trees and plants. It also has lots of shaded areas, which is really nice. The pool area is a fun space to relax and cool off. Everything was exactly as described. The layout of the house worked really well for us, and all the beds were very comfortable too. The downstairs was a favorite hangout spot for the teenagers and young adults in our group. With the pool table, comfortable sitting area, and table and chairs, it gave them a great space of their own. We also loved seeing all the bright green geckos. There always seemed to be at least one hanging out near the door to greet us. It’s just a really neat property. Jose is a great host and has made sure the house has pretty much everything you could need during your stay. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive. Check-in and check-out are both easy and straightforward, which is always appreciated. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Jose for letting us stay in your lovely home."

"Delightful cottage. It can get a little warm without central AC but the window units do a pretty good job of cooling it down. The kitchen doesn’t have a unit and had I actually wanted to cook I imagine it might be too hot. But if you’re not planning to cook and just need a nice comfortable space for o relax after a full day on and in the water this is it! We will definitely be looking to come back next year."

"This property is fantastic! It’s in perfect condition, both inside and out. The grounds were immaculate. They had everything you could need, from pool games and beach games to beach towels, life jackets, entertainment around the pool, large porches, a dock for a boat, a fish cleaning area at the dock’s end, paddle boards, kayaks, and more. The layout was ideal for a large group with multiple families. The host was super responsive and helpful with all our questions. We can tell they really care about the home and the property. Definitely recommend! We cannot wait to come back"

" Nice house, beautifully decorated and clean. Great location for boating. We brought our 24’ boat, total length is 27.5’ with windlass, anchor and motor up. The neighbor is so kind and didn’t mind that our boat was encroaching on his seawall."

"What an amazing property! We where very happy the house was Pet friendly, and fenced in. the heated pool was so refreshing everyday. The house is beautiful and has everything you need , including a downstairs bathroom which if you have a pool is so convenient. I could not have been happier with the outside space. The canal is full of all kinds of fish. We saw a manatee and a crocodile. I would recommend no swimming in the canal. The location is great. Only 27 miles to key west and close to many wonderful restaurants and beaches. I would definitely rent this house again!! "

"The house is sufficient for 2 couples, 3 in a pinch (with only 2 showers) and 2 (only) moderately sized vehicles. It was clean, kitchen sufficient for cooking. Host responsive. Exterior furniture needs some TLC but nothing that prohibited us from having a nice time. Boat dock ok for 23' boat. Decent high tide launch on the other side of island. Take your own Roku for any tv beyond basic Xfinity cable. Internet not stable some times, may just be what is available on Little Torch"
