"Overall, really pleased with the stay. Everything was clean and the staff was great. Great location, wonderful view from our third floor room. Only thing that could use improving is the breakfast/coffee availability. No coffee in the room and only in the lobby during breakfast that only runs from 8-10am. We also kept receiving texts to check out the bar but it wasn’t open one night and then closed for a private event the next night. Minor inconveniences for an otherwise wonderful stay."

"Our stay in the resort's Waterfront collection was great! The Junior suite was literally on the water with beautiful views. It's a large room with gas fireplace, jetted tub, separate shower, dual sinks and a comfortable king bed. Nearby Black Bear restaurant on Main St. was a favorite, with only a two minute walk for great food. We didn't have the chance to use their kayaks or paddleboats, but did take advantage of the hot tub and indoor pool in the Lake House for post-hikes recovery. This was the one area clearly in need of renovation. Overall, the High Peaks Resort's Waterfront collection is now one of our top choices to stay in Lake Placid."

"I booked the Premium Queen Suite with balcony and was surprised at how spacious it was. Complete kitchen, separate bedroom with comfortable queen bed, and sunny morning balcony. The staff was friendly, the room and property were clean, and a "grab-n-go" breakfast was available adjacent to the lobby. The Devlin has an interesting Olympic history. The location is great, walking distance to everything. I thought it was a great value and I'd stay again!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our 2-night stay at Lake Placid Inn Residences. We had a living room/full kitchen, bedroom with king sized bed and a full bathroom. The rooms had been renovated recently and were spotless. The location is about a mile from Main Street Lake Placid, but it is easily accessible by car or even by walking if you so choose. Note that check-in is at Lake Placid Inn which is at the other end of town; but that caused no problems. We would definitely recommend Lake Placid Inn Residences for a couples or family stay."

"The suite was perfect-clean, well supplied. I have stayed at the Whiteface Lodge on other occasions and I was always satisfied. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza at Peak 47 had been resurrected back to neopolitan quality from that flatbread garbage that was there in2023. As a constructive comment, I used to enjoy sitting next to a wood burning fireplace in both Kanu and Peak 47. I would enjoy one or two glasses of wine post dinner and watch the wood burn down. I am disappointed that my last two stays did not witness a fire in either location. I can understand not burning in the summer-but not in the spring or autumn??Regards."
