The desk staff was fabulous. Check in was very smooth. We arrived after a long day of travel and when we’re checked in we were invited to the restaurant Babette. We took our bags to the room, cleaned up and went to Babette. But when we arrived, the hostess was very rude and nasty and would not seat us even though there were only three tables with guests. It was a blessing though, as we walked to La Boca and had a wonderful dinner and fun!

The staff was simply amazing. Our luggage was lost at the airport for the first night and they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Everything from complimentary drinks and pastries to providing milk for our 1 year old when he was out and stores were closed. If I’m ever back in Bourdeaux this is where I’m staying.

i dont like the hotel at all our room had the shower broken no hat water in the shower , and the toilet dint flush correctly on top of that for them to change the room was a mission , and the new room had all the carpet stain . is a little far from center .

We only stayed one night so didn't have more time to look to the surrounded areas near the hotel, but our stay was excellent. The people in the reception were really nice and we felt like in home!!!

Our toilet didn’t flush right. The sink faucet was very loose! The hotel restaurant Babette was TERRIBLE!!!! Worst food we had in France!!! The staff were friendly and helpful.

Quality with Great price Food - in Hotel was Exceptional Laundry services down a dryer And the only working one had exhaust plugged and continually overheated This is a fire hazard and should be addressed asap Still give 5 Star as establishment was exceptional

Our room and overall service was very nice. The Rugby WC is on-going in France and the Hotel was hosting a National Team and families...this aspect was fine but it led to large crowds and certain areas not accessible except by the Team. We were told at Check-In so it was not a surprise. The location of the hotel is not ideal in my opinion, but it appears to be an area undergoing positive change. For us, it was not a bad walk to the train station, but it might be tough for anyone with multiple luggage. We enjoyed the breakfast - worth the $$

The property is not located in a good location. It’s a 30 minute walk into town. Our bed sheets were not changed in the 3 nights we stayed. The toiletries or coffee tea bags were not replaced. Would not recommend

A 4 star hotel in Bordeaux and NO wine bottle corkscrew avaialbel to paying guests??? The laundry was one of the reasosn for me to stay here but only 1 of 2 machines worked, the dryer did not dry at all. Someone from housekeeping destroyed my umbrella, which I could jave used on a mostly wet week. Plenty of better options and so I will stay somewhere else - on my return trip in a few months. Dont Stay Here!!

Hilton garden inns are always lovely hotels to stay at. This is brand new I think. Only issue I had as a EV Driver from UK was the charging point. It’s a standard household French two pin socket. I didn’t have any adapters. Would have been nice to have normal EV charging point, that are widely available at other hotels
