The 3-room semi-detached house named "Riana" offers a living/dining room with an open-hearth fireplace (for decoration only) and air conditioning. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine.
