Could not be better located to visit Cinque Terre - this is the highlight. Bed was extremely comfortable and the blackout blinds were great. The staff were perfect to liaise with. Shower was extremely small but usable. Cleanliness was acceptable

The hotel lobby vibe is very energetic and positive. The staffs are amazing and helpful. My room is on the first floor with no lift access and they help us to bring up to our room and carry it down for check out. I had an injury of my wrist and needed ice compression and they were very kind to give me the ice pack for free. However, room is slightly cramped for 2 30” luggages
