Appartement bien situé dans un quartier vivant. Un équipement correct, plutôt vétuste, mais bien équipé.Les points négatifs : literie peu confortable, un ventilateur qui ne fonctionne pas dans une des chambres et une place de parking vraiment trop éloigné de l’appartement (450 m).
