We had wonderful time here. The staff on the front desk very friendly and welcoming. Room are on the smaller side. Smallest sink we have ever seen. Close to the train if you have to go to Anton, Monaco and many other places.

Nice staff, hotel in good location for train station (5mins) tram (10mins)Decent breakfast Room on small side, fine for a few days, bed was very comfortable, didn’t like the sliding bathroom door which didn’t close properly and handle kept coming off, didn’t provide any privacy when going to the toilet!

Very clean, super hot shower. After 10 nights of traveling this place had the best bed for comfort, warm enough also. Small room but cute decor! Excellent bathroom. Staff spoke great English, close to train station.

Had a great stay. Great staff, kind and always welcoming with a smile. The rooms are on the smaller sizes, but not a problem. Short walking distance to most things ( train station, beach, shopping area etc)

We've stayed 8 nights. The room and entire hotel is in need of deep cleaning. This is beyond of what a housekeeper can do. You can see dirt or stains on the walls, around air conditioner frame, on the radiator, in the elevator. The bathroom had a sewage smell that they try to disguise by turning the air conditioner on to freezing cold and leaving the door open to the room. Once you shut the bathroom door the smell was quite strong. It is not a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was great. the staff was helpful. Location is OK, although I would not say Thiers Avenue seems very safe in the evening. It is close to Nice-Ville train station and Alsace-Lorraine tram stop. Nice and surroundings are beautiful.

Good for a 3 night trip

Location was amazing. Staff were friendly. The only thing I would say is that the bed and pillows were not comfortable. We booked a queen bed room and you could tell that it was 2 single beds pushed together. You could hear every step from people above you as the floors were not that sound proofed. Apart from that, it was a lovely hotel!

I booked this hotel through Expedia and was immediately disappointed by the room. It was extremely small, had an unpleasant view, and the sink was so tiny that washing your face meant splashing water all over the floor. I honestly hated the room and was ready to contact Expedia and leave on my first day. What made me stay was the front desk team. The reception staff were outstanding—professional, polite, and truly committed to great customer service. Their attitude completely changed my experience, and for that alone, I decided to stay. Overall, I wont book this room ever again.but the staff were the saving grace of this hotel.

We loved our stay here for a number of reasons but some highlights were the lovely service and helpful staff, the complimentary coffee machine and filtered water which you could help yourself to at anytime and the afternoon snacks. We loved our stay so much and Nice itself that we ended up staying longer. The rooms varied in size but were fine for a short stay. They were also clean.
