Eine sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft. Das Ambiente war freundlich und komfortabel; wir fühlten uns grundsätzlich gut aufgehoben. Der Check-In sowie die Kommunikation liefen reibungslos und zuverlässig ab. Fragen oder Anliegen wurden zügig beantwortet. Einen Abzug gibt es allerdings bei der Sauberkeit; dieses Thema werden wir allerdings direkt mit dem Vermieter klären. In unmittelbarer Umgebung gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie einen Bäcker. Aufgrund der positiven Aspekte (Ausstattung, Check-In, Kommunikation) würden wir die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Komfortabler Kurzurlaub zwischen den "Gewässern"

Nach längerer Anfahrt (780 km) endlich angekommen und positiv überrascht von der tollen Unterkunft! Beschreibung passt genau. Ausstattung super, selbst die kurzen Regen-güsse konnten wir entspannt bei Spielen am großen Esstisch überbrücken. Für di Nutzung des Grills und der Terasse war leider das Wetter nicht mehr so ganz geeignet. Für mich selbst (190 cm, 108 kg) war das Bett nicht so angenehm, es gab schon eine "Kuhle" aus der ich mich beim Drehen nur schwer befreien konnte. Ansonsten alles komfortabel und perfekt. Wenn es nicht so weit wäre.... Kinder und Enkel hatten nur die halbe Strecke. Freizeitangebote in der Nähe konnten sehr gut genutzt werden. Gerne wieder.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in einem tollen Ferienhaus

Wir (4 Erwachsene) waren von unserem Urlaub auf dem Darß ganz begeistert. Das Ferienhaus ließ keine Wünsche offen und entsprach allen Angaben. Sehr sauber, neuwertig und eine Toplage (direkt am Wald)! Wir können das Ferienhaus ohne Wenn und Aber weiterempfehlen, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr angenehm.

Wir waren zu Viert 2 Wochen hier im FH Rosengang im Urlaub und sind restlos begeistert. Eine tolle Wohnung, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Vermietung hat reibungslos und unkompliziert geklappt. Wir können Leive Immobilien und die Ferienwohnung vorbehaltlos empfehlen und geben 5 Sterne!

Wunderschönes Haus mit toller Ausstattung und blitzsauber:-)

Das Haus ist wirklich ein Traum, es fehlt an nichts und alles super sauber. Sehr schöne neue und moderne Badezimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und sehr bequeme Betten. Die Kommunikation hat auch wunderbar geklappt, fehlende Wäsche wurde prompt gebracht. Mit Hund ist die Lage einfach genial, aus der Haustür raus ist man in einem weitläufigen Waldgebiet. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder!

Prima geeignet für Familien

Das Ferienhaus Rosengang ist sehr ruhig gelegen, etwas der Touri-Ströme. Dorfkern, Supermarkt, Restaurants, Spielplatz und Boddenzugang sind dennoch zu fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Born ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt , um den Darß zu erkunden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber/neuwertig. Es eignet sich gut für Familien mit Kindern oder 2 - 3 Paare. 2 Bäder, Waschmaschine, top ausgestattete Küche, kleine Terrasse mit Garten, 2 Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus, sogar ein kleiner Schuppen - alles tip top in Ordnung. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit Leive Immobilien verlief unkompliziert. Unsere "Sonderwünsche" (Babybetten + Babystühle) wurden kurzfristig erfüllt. Vielen Dank dafür!!

Tolle Haus in ruhiger Lage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im FH Rosengang 13 sehr genossen. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet und super gelegen, um von Born aus den Darß, Zingst und das weitere Umland zu erkunden. Die Schlüsselübergabe war erst problematisch, dann lief aber alles gut. Bei Abreise hatten wir ein paar Dinge im Haus vergessen, die für uns völlig unproblematisch verwahrt wurden. Danke dafür!

Schöner Urlaub, schönes Haus

Wir sind als Familie ( meine Frau, mein Kind ( 5 ), meine Schwiegereltern, meine Mutter und unser Hund ) verreist. Das Haus hatte für uns die ideale Lage, man war in alle Richtungen relativ schnell unterwegs. Das Haus ist ein wenig abgelegen in einer unbefestigten Seitenstraße direkt am Wald, was für uns als Hundebesitzer natürlich genial ist, da wir morgens ausgiebige Runden im Wald drehen konnten. Bis an die Badestelle am Boden waren es zu Fuß etwa 15 Minuten und nach Prerow an den Hundestrand mit dem Auto auch etwa 15 Minuten Fahrzeit. Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet genug Platz. Alles in allem ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Top Kommunikation und super einfache Schlüsselübergabe per Kasten am Eingang. Abschießbarer Schuppen für die Fahrräder und Parkplätze für zwei Autos sind vorhanden. Sauberes Haus und alles da, was man braucht. Gerade in der Küche, war alles notwendige vorhanden und nichts was schon komplett abgenutzt war. Fazit: Jederzeit wieder.

Allgemein sehr zu empfehlen. Haben Urlaub mit zwei Hunden gemacht. Der angrenzende Wald war für morgendliche Runden Perfekt. Hatten leider fälschlicher Weise wegen der Bilder angenommen das das ganze Grundstück eingezäunt war, dies war leider nicht so. Aber durch die vielen Unternehmungen war es dann auch nicht so schlimm. Leider gab es ein paar Mängel und es konnten auch nicht alle gelöst werden. Aber man hat versucht vor Ort es in einem angenehmen Zeitraum mit Absprache zu klären. Das fanden wir zu anderen Unterkünften ganz gut. Für Wassersportler an sich eine gute Mitte für Spots.

Sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenhalt in diesem recht neuen, sehr gut und modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Das Platzangebot ist sehr großzügig und das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Besonders die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, an Geschirr und Haushaltsutensilien fehlt wirklich nichts. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind ebenfalls super, man kann schön in der Morgensonne draußen frühstücken. Die Lage direkt am Waldrand ist klasse und ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie das Zentrum von Born sind schnell erreichbar.

Sehr gute Ausstattung, gute Terrasse, der Weststrand ist mit dem Fahrrad ausschließlich auf Waldwegen in ca. 20 Minuten erreichbar Leider fehlte eine Teekanne, von 3 Fön funktionierte nur einer Unzureichende Reinigung der Biotonne Für den Urlaub mit Kleinkindern fehlt ein Zaun.

Tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung

Das Haus war Sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. In der Küche hat es ab nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war für ein Urlaub mit Hund sehr gut. Raus aus der Tür und man war direkt im Wald. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war einwandfrei.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und neu eingerichtet und die Küche gut ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind sehr geräumig. Auch die direkte Lage am Wald ist toll für Erholungssuchende und lädt zu langen Spaziergängen ein ohne erst Fahren zu müssen. Lediglich Telefonempfang und leider auch WLAN hat man im Haus eher schlecht. Ansonsten waren rundum zufrieden.
