Decent 4 star hotel in central Belfast. Good location. Breakfast not great and water, tea, coffee in rooms not replenished unless you ask but overall good place to stay if you can get an ok price.

I could not fault this hotel! The staff were amazing and so helpful, nothing was a bother for thrm especially Karen. We stayed for our honeymoon and the little touch in the room was lovely!.. i will definitely be back

Hotel was beautiful, our room was massive and had everything we needed. Location was great Belfast centre right on the doorstep. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Left luggage was super easy and not an issue. Would highly recommend this hotel for a city break.

It was a very comfortable stay, the staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. We really enjoyed the half board option, both the breakfast and grill restaurant food was really good.

Needs updating in areas , staff brilliant, booking in rather late 3pm and had to await a further 30mins to gain access to room . Standard of cooked morning breakfast average, for the price paid . For the full coast of room and breakfast i could of added 40pounds and stayed at the hilton hotel ... Very centrally to belfast and areas of popular night life .

This hotel is absolutely not worth the money. The room felt dated, and the bathroom sink was cracked and brown. There was no air conditioning in my room, which was swelteringly hot, even with a fan on, and you could hear doors banging from the hallway (would strongly recommend changing to soft close doors!) - so my sleep was terrible. The toiletries in the bathroom also seemed really cheap and there was no hair conditioner or lotion. The lighting in the room was also very bad with no lighting near the wardrobe mirror. The only positives were the outside of the hotel looks very nice, and it is located close to lots of bars and restaurants, although it also felt unsafe walking around at night. The lady at the desk at check in and check out was very nice, though other staff seemed distinctly unfriendly.
