We stayed for two nights and didnt want to leave….everything was lovely and staff were friendly and chatty! We couldn’t fault anything…we definitely want to come back! x
All the staff had a smile not a forced one but a happy one. From reception, waiting and housekeeping and pleasant as well. Absolutely superb for a guest. The menu and food preparation was again superb and requests not a problem. The rooms are themed and extremely comfortable and very clean. The towels again superb and actually dried you well. Complimentary water and fruit in the room upon arrival and downloadable complimentary newspapers and magazines. So why not a full 5 stars, two things the external area is still under construction and with kids leisure facilities, like a pool are a must. However if Carlsberg did hotels I’d say the Titanic would be its first. Will we be back, most definitely.
This was a treat from my daughter for Christmas and oh what a treat it was! The staff were absolutely amazing. Attentive, professional, friendly and nothing was any trouble to them. The hotel itself was stunning. The staircase was gloriously grand but thankfully there were also lifts. There were historical facts about the Titanic and it’s story dotted around the hotel along with a stunning replica ship in the lounge. The bedrooms were clean, tidy, richly furnished and very inviting. The bed was extremely comfortable, the water hot within seconds, robes, slippers and plenty of channels on the television. We were very blessed to be situated in a room with a few of Belfast laugh and the Titanic centre. The breakfast was a great start to the morning and whilst the food was the usual hotel breakfast Fayre, the location, setting and staff made you feel very much ‘first class’. I’m living in hope that I am treated to another stay in the ‘Titanic Hotel’ very soon.
Delightful, clean, bright and quiet.
Friendly staff and spacious rooms.
Very hard to fault, my only suggestion is maybe some stronger bleach to fix grout discolouration in the bathroom.

The hotel is ideal for visiting the Titanic Experience but not very convenient for exploring Belfast on foot. It is just too remote to make it easy to get into central Belfast without car or taxi.
Breakfast and Dinner in the Wolff Grill were both good.
The bedrooms are fine but without ventilation or a towel rail in the bathrooms, towels used in the evening are still wet the following morning. The piped music in the bar and restaurant is far too loud (it was turned down when we asked). We were told we could not sit in the bar area unless we were having food, unless we sat at the very tall chairs at the bar itself.
I really love this hotel. There is so much genuine history. The employees are lovely, professional and efficient. The food is incomparable and the cocktails. Lovely atmosphere there is nothing bad to say about this Hotel!!
