This property is somewhat tucked away on the strip, but it was a wonderful location and close to the city centre and many of the local eateries and pubs. We ended up with a corner room which gave a great view of the area. Probably the best feature of this hotel was the access to free laundry facilities on the top floor. We took a limited amount of clothing and planned to do laundry 1/2 way through our trip at a launderette, but once we learned of the facilities here, it was the perfect place to take care of our laundry! The front desk staff was helpful in pointing us towards where to go for nightlife, and check-in/out was a breeze. The only negative would have been the carpet in the room which seemed like it could have used a good cleaning, but that is just me being picky ;-)
It is a great hotel, rooms have everything you need, close to the centre, staff great, I would have liked to get the room earlier that 1500 (but left our cases so no real problem).
I struggle to find any faults.
We will be booking again when we visit Belfast again

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
My room was freezing, I contacted reception after the first time and they advised to try changing my setting on the heat pump. I did for that entire day and when I got back in the evening it was still freezing, I called reception and the lady was very kind she brought me an extra duvet and a portable heater. I wish something else could have been done to fix the temperature but they advised they needed to request maintenance in order to fix the issue.
