The staff were absolutely lovely. We met Natalie, Alex and Kiera. They were all incredibly helpful, efficient, polite and friendly, and couldn't do enough for us. The room had not been vacuumed when we arrived but Alex fixed this problem very quickly. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed to make our stay great. Free laundry facilities were very useful. There was even milk in the fridge when we arrived. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

The check in procedure was one of the most stressful experiences in my life. I had prepaid my stay and the check in clerk told me I could not stay and would lose my money if I could not provide photo i.d. As a British citizen staying in a British hotel, I have never before had to provide this, neither was it made plain to me when booking that it was the hotels policy

The property is under major renovation on the front of the building. Was very concerned that the front of the building was boarded up. Should be completed by September. Convenient location. Close to all amenities.
