The hotel staff were wonderful and very helpful. I traveled here around Christmas and the hotel was right near the Christmas Market. It is very walkable and after we valeted the car we did not have to take it out until we left. The Observatory at the top of the hotel bar was a beautiful place to get a drink and the food in the downstairs was good as well. The room was clean, comfortable and had a modern feel. A great view of the city as well.
