Rosemary is such a kind host, and her home is so nice to stay in! The beds were some of the comfiest we've slept on in the past 2 weeks of travelling. She's very accommodating and worked with us even though we ended up running very late. She even provided a lovely breakfast and gave us some fruit for the road
I couldn't reccomend her more!
Rosemary was an incredible host making us feel right at home. She provided many excellent suggestions about activities to do and places to eat. Our stay was comfortable and cozy, would book again!

Liked: Staff & service
Rosemary was an excellent host, extremely welcoming. Great location 5 minutes into town.
We had a great stay. Rosemary, our host, was really sweet and took good care of us. She met us when we arrived, spent time suggesting things for us to do and provided great directions. It was easy to get to her with the bus. The room was comfortable n
This was a great place to stay just slightly out of the city centre but with a very easy bus link that dropped you off right outside the door. It was lovely and quiet at night and the host couldn't do enough for you. The included breakfast was great. I would stay here again if I ever came back to Belfast.
Rosemary is the kindest, most caring hostess. She provides above and beyond service, as well as safe and cozy lodging. 100/10 recommend for anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Belfast
Rosemary was an absolutely delightful and welcoming hostess. She was so attentive to my needs and had many wonderful suggestions of things to see and do in Belfast. Her home is comfortable and nicely located outside the center of the city, but with just a short bus ride into town or up to Belfast Castle. Would definitely stay again!

Host was brilliant.Food lovely. Very handy for bus to city centre.Comfortable bed and good shower. What more could you want?
Rosemary was a great host. We did have street parking, not sure if you get it every time but we managed too. The breakfast was great, Rosemary went out of her way to make sure we did not leave hungry. The room is comfortable, we did share the bathroom with the other guest. It worked out fine.
Great bargain B&B. Shared bathroom is clean. Great shower pressure. Rosemary is an amazing host - hospitable and so friendly. We arrived really late at night and she was kind enough to feed us as there didn’t seem to be a lot of late night food options in the area. Easy to find street parking. Bus stop into downtown Belfast is just across the street. About a 30min bus ride to center of city. (Tip: buy a day pass for the bus via the mLink app, £3.70).
Rosemary was a delightful host! Keeps a good space, provides good company, and does her best to provide everything you need as far as bed-and-breakfast is concerned.
One of the kindest hosts I've ever stayed with. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a great place to stay just outside the city. If you're a walker, you can easier get to and from the city center.
Very nice solo stay, more like a B&B, meant in the nicest sense. Local bus stops right at the door.
Rosemary is very pleasant, would recommend and definitely return again.
