Staff both in lobby and restaurant area excellent.
Safe quiet area, easy parking. Walkable to downtown and also the university district. Buffet breakfast was very good and the pub was a great option for evening meals.

Disliked: Amenities
Stayed in apartment that was like 1980 student accommodation. Wallpaper coming off wall and really cheap furniture had sticky back plastic partly torn off etc. Restsuraht was good and breakfast ok.
We stayed in an apartment across the street from main part of hotel. We were assisted with our bags across the street. Staff were very good. & helpful.
The restaurant was closed for 2 nights so we ate in the bar, the food was good & the staff efficient.
Beautiful hotel, great ambiance, delicious food from the restaurant with generous portions. Great wine selection. One evening we ran late for dinner and the chef and hostess kept kitchen open for us!!! Many restaurants within walking distance and the city your bus stops right outside the hotel, it was the perfect way to spend a few days with my son before he left for university.
