It was a lovely suite but no remotes for TVs or cups for coffee machine which I reported but was not rectified. All in all a good property to stay.

What a great hotel. I keep coming back to it because it's so charming. The people at the front desk were helpful and the food was delicious. Plus, it's an easy stroll to Queens and the Botanical gardens. You won't be disappointed, it is a gem.

It was clean, plush and very comfortable. There should have been a toilet brush in the bathroom though.

Nice tree lined avenue. Unfortunately despite confirming booking in March our room was not available then when we were given a key card the executive room had someone else’s possessions in it. However the disability room we were given was £50 cheaper than the one we had booked.

Overall the apartment was good - the space and what was provided. But the toilet flush didn't work, the shaver socket stopped working and the TV didn't work. None of these were fixed satisfactorily while we were there (for a week). Some staff were excellent, but others didn't seem to know the meaning of service. There was no information in the room about check out times, restaurant opening times or other useful information

There was a lovely young blond headed gentleman at the front desk. He was the only good thing about this hotel.. Room keys never worked, they didn't work for other guests either, one day 3 of us couldn't get into our rooms and waited for 15 minutes for someone to bring room cards that worked, tv remotes too hard to figure out, the basthtub wouldn't drain, no direct phone line to front desk, the parking was behind one building so if you were across the street, you were really screwed. I couldn't even check in at 5 to 3, I had to wait until 3:00. One day the front desk suggested I walk to the train and go to the Great Causeway. It was 1pm. By the time I found the train it was 2:00 and I looked at the directions from the hotel again. It would take 4 hours to get their, which meant if I didn't get lost I would get there by 5, stay an hour and I would get back to the train station (which didn't look like a very good neighborhood) around 10 at night, then I would have to walk back to the hotel in the dark and alone. Who thinks this is smart for a 61 year old women to do alone. While I was at the front desk another women walked up and had a splitting headache and asked for some help getting asprin. The front desk couldn't be bothered, they told her she might get some down the street at a store. I orderred breakfast one morning, it was horrible and the wait staff was rude.

Public areas very clean and presentable. Bedroom window handles broken carpet stained,. Very limited choice for continental breakfast - empty croissant basket, no white bread for toast, 1 slice of cheese and 2 rolled up pieces of ham on display. Bar service very slow.
