The location was perfect for a concert at the SSE Arena - just 15 minutes walk away and the city centre even closer. Staff were very responsive when I reported an issue with a shower bracket. Friendly staff and a nice bar.

The hotel was really convenient to the Cathedral Quarter with lots of dining options close by. Parking was surprisingly convenient for a city centre property. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

It was extremely handy for walking to the main tourist attractions in the city (ie Titanic Experience and Crumlin Road Gaol). The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The meals that I had there each evening were delicious.
