"A lovely pod next to the owner's farm house in a lovely quiet spot with a lovely private lake to walk around, hot tub to spend the night in, views of the hills from the deck in the day time, good parking space, Oven, hobs, microwave, toaster, and everything else you could need in the kitchen. Strong little heater and towel rack kept the pod plenty warm. Strong shower but it needs a bit more sealant around the bottom of the glass pane as it was leaking a bit near the sink. "The check in was quick and easy, the room was superb and plenty big enough with a writing desk, coffee table and chairs and a superb bathroom complete with a bath. I dined in the evening, the food was first class, as was the service. Breakfast was also excellent. One minor criticism is that an omelette was the same price as a full English. I had that as I wasn't hungry enough for a full fry up but didn't want continental. Parking outside is also problematic. There is some short term parking very close but the main car park is a few minutes walk away and 'pay and display' so the cost of that needs to be factored in to the overall cost of a night stay. Overall I would recommend it and be happy to stay there again."
