I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, with easy access to all major attractions — whether you’re walking or using public transportation.
From the moment I arrived, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions patiently and even gave great tips for things to do around the city. Their warm welcome made a big difference.

Great location, 5 minutes from the train station. Spotless rooms, great Wi-Fi, and the best value, perhaps, in all of Switzerland. And just for cred, I have been to Europe more than 250 times, so I know hotels.

Amazing hotel room and vibes - just for dinner restaurant we waited long time on our second night . The first night on the December 24th was amazing great staff and very caring but the 25th the team was very unattended.
