"I stayed in room 3. Car park was difficult to find when tired and received no instructions it was round the back off other roads.Unusual set up place not staffed so key in a locked box. Cons: Place very tired and in desperate need of renovations. My room itself was weird with weird origami swans glued to wall, rubbish down the radiator. Lights in bathroom only one worked and there are bathroom rugs covering the fact the floor wasn’t tiles on one half and it’s only concrete board. The shower...

"Nice place. The host was welcoming and the room was good.Just found the service charge of £5 for charging on top electricity charges a bit excessive. It could be done away with. Overall a good place. There is a pub round the corner as well which is very handy"

"It is unrefundable, the room is so dirty and disgusting. The walls , the cotton, rug , chair were so dirty with visible stains . The bathroom is shared and it was also very dirty. I booked for 4 nights and I managed to stay only one night the money is unrefundable I had to let go and get to pay for a better hotel to stay . "

"I much appreciated having everything I needed in one space including a desk, tea/coffee, biscuits, towels and really comfortable bedding. The toilet and shower facilities were clean and felt luxurious"
