"The house was lovely - a good size, well furnished and nice and warm. The floorboards are a bit creaky, especially on the stairs, and occasionally a long train would pass the property but it wasn't too noisy. The house is very close to the town centre and local supermarkets are either a short walk or short drive. It's relatively easy to get to by car and good links to the roads out of town for exploring, and only a 10min walk to the train station. Ben was a good host, giving clear check in...
