The staff are so accommodating and friendly, a special mention to Alicia, who always gives us a warm welcome and goes above and beyond to make every stay enjoyable. Check in is always smooth, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, the bed is just wonderful! We stay here regularly and would never stay anywhere else when visiting Sheffield.
