Paved terrace with sitting-out area and garden furniture. 9-acre of natural grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 3 cars. 1 small pet welcome (must be kept on lead at all times within the grounds). No smoking. Please note: There are 3 lakes within the grounds.. Unspoilt lake views. These 5 holiday cabins, each with furnished verandah for dining al fresco, are located 7 miles from Boston, and 20 miles from Skegness. They are situated just outside the small village of Old Leake where there are two pubs, a supermarket and a children’s play area. The site is ½ mile from the A52 with a regular bus service to Boston and Skegness.
Sheepgate Equestrian Centre is 2 miles away, where National Dressage competitions are held. The local RSPB reserve at Freiston Shore is 5 miles away, whilst Leverton village to the south has a café, supermarket and pub.
There are many country lanes around the site which are ideal for walking and cycling. The cabins overlook an established fishing lake (permit provided), however, guests will also be required to have their own Environment Agency fishing license. Shop ¾ mile, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Lovely relaxing break.
Lovely relaxing break. Lodge was spotless clean and extra measures had been taken re covid. The lodges are cosy and warm and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need.

Great fishing. The lodge was kitted out with everything you would need. Staff very friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.
We go here at least twice a year and cannot recomend highly enough.

A totally relaxing time which is what we wanted.
A totally relaxing time which is what we wanted. A lovely cabin felt very spoilt. A great location, quiet site. There wasn't a lot to do in the area which suited us as we wanted to rest rather than dash about. Shops, pub 5 mins down the road.

Lovely lodge, beautiful site, very quiet and clean. Only tiny comment for improvement would be a slightly more comfortable sofa. As my father is a lot older this would have made the stay absolutely perfect - but this is is only a tiny point. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Great value for money

the lodge was absolutely amazing and the fishing was excellent the only downside for us was that the location it was too far away from the nearest village not within walking distance but we still had an enjoyable holiday
