"I would like to thank Linda at the reception, very helpful, professional yet so funny. Her help Made our stay in Reims (with a little baby boy) way easier and beautiful."
"For me the hotel was convenient, but it is tired and the clean room had few facilities. No air con, no kettle, no iron. Optional food was just okay. Staff and cleanliness were plus points."
"Nice hotel, good restaurant and generally a good experience. An outdoor play area for the children as suggested in description would have made it 100%"
"Nice easy place to stay along the road through France to Switzerland, would use it again for family.
Nothing flash but perfect for a no frills overnight, clean, nice staff, all you need."
"We made a bit of a mess up with our check in administration but the owner was exceptionally accommodating and welcoming.
The property itself is spotlessly clean and in a wonderful location.
I highly recommend a relaxing stay here. We wish we had longer and would like to return."

Holiday Inn Reims Centre by IHG (Chambres Rénovées)
10/10 Excellent
"The property is in middle of the city centre and not easy to drive to, but ok. Also, parking is not possible in their car park for most of the car because is underground and narrow .
Otherwise, the hotel is clean and lovely

"We are just spending one night here on the way back to the UK. Our room is clean and spacious, for less than £100 a night for 2 adults & 2 children (3 years and 6 months). There's a king sized bed, bunk bed and staff provided a cot for our baby on request. There's a water dispenser downstairs providing ice cold water and the hotel will provided a jug for this on request. It's currently 38C here, so we were really relieved that the AC worked so well in our room, much better in communal areas which are more open plan. Parking is included and appears to be ample based on who is currently on site. The only drawback is that a breakfast buffet isn't provided, however we have an early start anyway. Would stop here again."
"This is our second stay at this hotel and we will definitely return. It’s everything you need at a sensible price with secure parking and parkland outside to stretch your legs after a long drive. There are trams from outside the door that run into the centre of Reims. We stayed on a Monday and found all the local restaurants closed, but it isn’t a problem as food is served in house. It’s bought in and microwaved but actually very good and tasty. There is a small bar area where you can have drinks (which come with complimentary nibbles) Breakfast is excellent with a very wide choice, including hot food. The whole place is spotlessly clean and very quiet. "
"Great location with so many wonderful dining and shopping options! I’d recommend parking underground. Convenient and very reasonable. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Definitely return to the lovely city and stay here again!!

"A lovely place to stay-in the quieter area of Reims but just a 10 minute walk away from the centre. Close to lots of local amenities. A very clean and well appointed room and bathroom. Kitchenette was very useful."
