"I paid extra to have 4 people rather than 2 and got 1 sample size of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Why am I charged more and given the same amount of items as a single person room? No trash can liners and when you request anything from staff they seemed upset to be bothered. "

"Normally a go-to place for me to stay when I travel to the Denver area. The facilities are clean and well maintained. I had a sudden change in my schedule and couldn't make it to my room, so I asked to push my stay date back a week. They were non-compliant. I realize I wasn't afforded a refund with this booking through expedia, who is always excellent, but they could have given me the courtesy of pushing my date back a week."

"I saw a few guests with their pups. We had dinner at the Spruce Farm and fish restaurant, it was delicious & the drinks were reasonable for an upscale hotel. Of course the inside decor is what attracted me in the first place and the location is fantastic in downtown Boulder. My only complaint is that the in room coffee was absolutely terrible. The bed was very comfortable and had great shower pressure so I would give it a 4.5 out of five stars.💐"
