"We traveled to Arizona to celebrate our 30th anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We wanted this trip to be memorable, It was that and so much more. This home has more charm and character in the half bathroom than any entire house we have ever been inside. This wasn’t our favorite VRBO. This was our favorite house, period. The architectural and design features, both inside and out, are stunning and shine in every area, room, nook and cranny. Every day we spent time admiring the details in this home such as the ceiling beams, the eclectic finishes, the bespoke iron work as well as so many small, fine touches you could almost miss if you weren’t looking. It was nearly impossible to process. You have to see this house to believe it. It’s not a brand-new home and there are some nit-picky things that could use some repair/updating but all very minor.As noted in the property description, there is no freezer available, only a large refrigerator. There is also a note in the property description that says there are exterior cameras that are disabled during rentals. We noted a camera looking into the house (back door), over the pool area and over the hot tub as well as what appeared to be two stand-alone plug-in cameras on counters inside the house. Perhaps removal of the plug-in cameras on the counters inside and simple covers for the ones overlooking pool and hot tub might be good idea.We were hoping for a memorable stay in Arizona and we weren't disappointed!"

"We decided to take our kids to Scottsdale for Spring Break this year. We booked this property, and were so happy that we did. It's a deceptively large house, with so much room to spread out. There was only 4 of us, but we certainly could have had many more come with us. With my wife and 2 kids, we ended up feeling like we had our own "wings" of the house. Extremely clean and comfortable. We LOVED the huge couch, and enjoyed hanging out together on it and watching some TV. The highlight for sure though was the pool and pickleball court. My 15 y.o. spent most of her time swimming and lounging in the beautiful pool. We paid for the heating option, which was a must since it was chilly during our stay. My 18 y.o. loved shooting baskets each day, and then embarrasing me on the pickleball court! We also loved the area of Scottsdale. It's a short drive to Cave Creek, which is a really fun little village with lots of restaurants and places to shop. It's like a miniature Old Towne. Other than that, it's just a beautiful and remote area, outside of the hustle and bustle of Phoenix, but close enough to get to the city if you're doing something fun there.We communicated with Ryan throughout, and he was awesome. Felt like we had a true partner who was incredibly vested in us enjoying our vacation. I personally really appreciate when someone checks in to make sure you have everything you need. Great touch.Only bummer was that we couldn't stay longer! "
