"This is a new beautiful one bedroom small villa with an excellent northern mountain view. It has a well appointed modern kitchen and a large comfortable deck with nice furniture and a good gas grill. The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors. The king size bed is very comfortable with high end bedding. The setting has excellent views and is private. Our hosts Steve and Emily are friendly, helpful and live next door. I’m glad we decided to stay here and hope to be back again."

"Hot tub was broken and out of service, would have appreciated knowing that ahead of time, didn’t know until we got to the house. Back yard and out door amenities were great. House was clean and beds were comfortable. Owner responded quickly and sent handyman out immediately for a minor fix. "

"Great neighborhood and piece of property. Nice private backyard with beautiful view of Black Mountain. Walk to hiking, restaurants and shops. House is nicely furnished and stocked for anything needed. Definitely recommended!!"

"The room was spacious and comfortable to be in view was beautiful. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower, the commode was separate with a barn door style swinging door. Had pens with name and telephone number, I took one. Thinking of going again with my husband in the heat of summer when price will be lower,I hope."
