"This is a new beautiful one bedroom small villa with an excellent northern mountain view. It has a well appointed modern kitchen and a large comfortable deck with nice furniture and a good gas grill. The bedroom has floor to ceiling glass doors. The king size bed is very comfortable with high end bedding. The setting has excellent views and is private. Our hosts Steve and Emily are friendly, helpful and live next door. I’m glad we decided to stay here and hope to be back again."

"We traveled to Arizona to celebrate our 30th anniversary and my wife’s birthday. We wanted this trip to be memorable, It was that and so much more. This home has more charm and character in the half bathroom than any entire house we have ever been inside. This wasn’t our favorite VRBO. This was our favorite house, period. The architectural and design features, both inside and out, are stunning and shine in every area, room, nook and cranny. Every day we spent time admiring the details in this home such as the ceiling beams, the eclectic finishes, the bespoke iron work as well as so many small, fine touches you could almost miss if you weren’t looking. It was nearly impossible to process. You have to see this house to believe it. It’s not a brand-new home and there are some nit-picky things that could use some repair/updating but all very minor.As noted in the property description, there is no freezer available, only a large refrigerator. There is also a note in the property description that says there are exterior cameras that are disabled during rentals. We noted a camera looking into the house (back door), over the pool area and over the hot tub as well as what appeared to be two stand-alone plug-in cameras on counters inside the house. Perhaps removal of the plug-in cameras on the counters inside and simple covers for the ones overlooking pool and hot tub might be good idea.We were hoping for a memorable stay in Arizona and we weren't disappointed!"

"Great neighborhood and piece of property. Nice private backyard with beautiful view of Black Mountain. Walk to hiking, restaurants and shops. House is nicely furnished and stocked for anything needed. Definitely recommended!!"
