"what a find clean and tidy inside a bit dated but nothing to worry about. Outside could definitely do with a cobweb sweep and the light fixed and the chairs in good condition one was broken when we git there. "Excellent campsite, the perfect size for us as we are not a fan of large campsites. It is was fairly quiet and the accommodation (we stayed in a cabin) was clean, modern and reasonably well spaced. It was very well equipped and little items like a dish cloth and washing liquid ect just make the difference. It is just a really well done site. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Our 3 year old loved the pool."

"Location, location, location! Very old part of the city and some areas around are not in good shape! The apartment does not have internet but is otherwise well equipped. The view of the Loire out the front windows is lovely. Nice to watch the boats go by. If elderly with lots of luggage, this apartment is not for you! Very old narrow winding staircase to the apartment on the top floor! The proprietor is lovely and very helpful!!!"

"We stayed for just one night and were blown away by how stunning the chateau and its views. The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and attentive without being fussy. We stayed in the Napoleon suite which had incredible views of the Loire from the balcony. The room itself was huge with beautiful period furniture and features. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with double sinks and shower and all necessities supplied were good quality. We enjoyed great food and wine in the restaurant with a 3 course meal plus some additional delicacies. We definitely felt like we’d had a chateau experience and would recommend as a beautiful place to stay "
