To note we are having problems with the photo order. We are located just 4 minutes away from Bournemouth town and a short 4 minute walk to the beach.

Welcome to The Boho Beach house.
The boho has been fully renovated and gone from strength to strength over the past 5 years. We are perfectly located for those who are looking for beach and town location.
Due to the success of the Boho, I then purchased the La Di Da Hotel just next door (the pink house).
I see the need for larger groups, maybe a wedding - the grooms family in one and the brides in another. This concept for the two family to have the chance to get to know each other and also having some space when needed. But also, the cost savings of all being together rather than the expense of members scattered in different hotels.
Send a Sainsbury order and eat in rather than the expense of eating out and also the headache of finding a venue who can accommodate such a large group.
Bring your precooked food from home, order in the bubbles and vino. Having the kitchen & BBQ adds to a homely touch.

My creation is a home to home environment, fresh and clean and a calm house. We are perfectly located to beach and town and also the train station is just a 10 minute taxi

To also note - great WIFI, very comfortable new mattresses and great power in all showers.

Payment can be set in easy time scales to allow the booker to collate money from other guests staying.

Checkout whole house Good morning all, I hope you’re all having a fabulous time. A polite reminder for checkout before 10 am for my housekeepers to access.
Ensure all keys are where found. £150 per room if lost. Keys in keyholder before you leave. We have to change locks if lost. Which has to be done on the day of depart to safeguard our next guests.
Please leave the kitchen as found washing & putting away your dishes. 3 - Please remove all rubbish to the front large bins on the street Safe journey home. Thank you all us staying with us
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please take care of your keys as each room has a set key which is also programmed for the front door.
