Of all the hotels in which I have stayed when visiting Bournemouth this was definitely the worst. It is more an inferior bed and breakfast than a hotel. The only interest shown was when I first arrived to make sure I paid for my accommodation immediately. I was given my key but then had to ask directions to the room. I returned to reception a short while later for the Wi-fi code and was told it was on the notice on the wall at the reception desk. This could have been pointed out to me when I first checked in. There was no information about the "hotel" available in the room, and when I went to find out where they served the 'light bites' mentioned on their website I couldn't find anyone. In fact the whole placed seemed deserted and was extremely quiet. My room was extremely basic, the bed was uncomfortable, the tea/coffee making facilities consisted of a cup, saucer, teaspoon, kettle, one tea bag, one sachet of coffee and some sachets of sugar. As I was there for 2 nights this was totally inadequate. Breakfast was a choice of cereals, fruit juice, toast, butter, jam, tea or coffee plus hard boiled eggs and croissants. There were hardly any other guests in the dining room on either of the 2 mornings I was there. Parking was on the road outside the building so finding a space was pot luck. I would definitely NOT recommend staying at this "hotel" when visiting Bournemouth
