The staff here are brilliant and very attentive and helpful. Room was cleaned when I was way daily , breakfast was very nice . What’s good is you have use if the hotel next door also do you can go for a drink or food there and the swimming pool indoor is located next door. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend. I consider my stay very successful. The atmosphere and service were extremely pleasant. The rooms were very clean, with daily towel changes, bedding replaced when needed, and regular replenishment of coffee and tea. The only downside was the constant, very loud noise coming from outside the window — most likely from a fan — which lasted from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and unfortunately made it difficult to fully relax.

The hotel, like Bournemouth itself, has seen better days. However, the room was very clean and warm, bed comfortable and lots of hot water in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate. The use of the spa for free in the adjoining hotel, a member of the same group, was a real bonus. Good value for money.

Room had a view of the sea, but the window was tiny, and couldn't be seen from the bed. Room was generally clean. However, i did an old used teabag behind the dressing table, when looking for something I dropped down the back. The toilet usually took several attempts to flush, and the bathroom taps had to be turned a considerable amount of times for water to come out, both were slightly annoying. Staff were friendly, during the day at least, drinks were very reasonably priced at the bar. On the whole, fine, but... they appear to have spent a considerable amount of money on decorating the bar/lou ge/reception area, yet have neglected some of the cleanliness and function of the plumbing in the rooms. Slightly disappointing, but fine

Staff were great on the booking forum i booked bed and breakfast also parking and a disabled room so i book your hotel as it came has having what i was looking for so paid before I arrived. When i arrived i was told parking was an extra 24 pounds . The kitchen was closed and the room was not disability friendly the only saving grace was the Seaview very disappointed

Fantastic weather really did make this trip! Felt like we were abroad! Hotel really good location with a short walk you get to the pier and town. Hotel rooms get quite warm at night but fans are provided.

The hotel is at the perfect spot to go to the beach. The breakfast was cooked nicely. The rooms were dirty, leaking and mouldy. The beds were lumpy. We went as a large group of 14 adults.
