Beautiful, lovingly furnished 5-room house (semi-detached houses "Calma" and "Perla") for 6-8 people, 120 m2, with fireplace.
Living / dining room with satellite TV, Wifi / Bluetooth sound system. Wifi internet.
Bedroom with a double bed, cots for bedrooms available.
Open, fully equipped kitchen with 3-plate induction cooker, oven, dishwasher (only "Calma"), fridge with freezer.
Bathroom with shower / toilet, extra toilet.
Terraces 70 m2 in south-west orientation, dining table sets, 4 deck chairs, barbecue grill ("Calma") with sink.
Other equipment: 2 highchairs, 2 cots, 1 laundry service for a small fee and on request


House / Residence
Typical, modern, comfortable finca. Access & parking directly to the house. From the house entrance (small step of 3 cm), then all rooms and terrace on one level, no steps. Car / rental car recommended.
Location: Located on the outskirts of Triquivijate. Quiet, sunny location. View from the house into the landscape, sea view from 180cm height ;-)).
Surroundings of the house: property (1 000 m2), barbecue area (private use). Infrastructure and distances: grocery 500 m, supermarket 2 km, restaurant / bar 500 m, sandy beach 10 km, children's playground 500 m, airport 15 km, doctor / clinic 13 km, golf course 16 km

Topography
Small, cozy, original village, located in the middle of the island and therefore comparatively calm. 10km south-west of the capital Puerto del Rosario.
