"Lower level apartment is clean and new. Neighborhood has good access to UBC, restaurants and beaches. Quiet area with easy street parking. Apartment could benefit from more comfy seating and kitchen supplies."

"Minimal storage for clothing and no hooks in room for jackets. Otherwise room was ok for sleeping and bathroom was clean and shower was good.I did not use the kitchen but it had most things, although only a few places settings. Ample fridge space and storage for groceries."

"We headed to the Sechelt area for two rounds of golf. Proximity of home was most convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"This place was a great find. Having come from a previous place which was also a basement and had issues with upstairs noises we were a little concerned at first. But it turned out just fine. Beautiful decorations of the unit and it was very clean and comfortable. The shower head was particularly nice. We had a great time. About half an hour drive to Vancouver downtown there was a lot of Asian influence including supermarkets etc. perfect for my family. "
