"Unable to sleep. Hotel filled with pre teens and teens who roamed the halls and then loud parents yelling to quiet them for most of night. Waited forever for elevators. 7th floor."

"Weathered. Pool green and draining right into parking lot all weekend. Breakfast weak for rates over $200. Have to ask to have your room cleaned or towels replaced. Don’t anticipate a return visit."

"The pool and hot tub were in working order and very clean. The pool is open 24x7, with children excluded at night. Everything was clean, even the parking lot. There's a nice lobby area if you have other people to hang out with. We didn't hear people through the walls, just sometimes when people were passing in the hall and talking loudly."

"Only had hot water one time during my stay. Fridge did not work and ruined all my food. Front desk was zero help whenever I tried to get the fridge fixed or get the hot water working. I spent 45 minutes in the lobby trying to check into a room that I had already paid for. Hotel attendant was nowhere to be found "

"This is an amazing gem on the west side of St. Louis. We absolutely loved it. It was one of those few properties that actually looked better in person than the pictures. Vance and Savannah really appointed the house well and made it very comfortable. We’ll be renting again and recommending it to our family for when they visit out family nearby. "
