"Staff not friendly Room smelled. Beds really hard. The hot tub looked like full of pee and a weird neon green color. Breakfast sausage and omelettes looked like mircowaved too long and not edible. The waffle maker was great but line too long we left and got breakfast elsewhere. Worst part was all the people on drugs around buliding looking like zombies. We left after 1 night"

"This place was so annoying to say the least. Old appliances (microwave from 1991), shower head sticking really far out of the wall... All of those things I don't care so much about when it comes to the big issue. THIS PLACE HAS NO ELEVATOR. If you have a lot of luggage, any kind of boxes, or anything heavy it sucks so much. Also if you're disabled I wouldn't even think about it. We had about 20 cases with us each roughly $20 that we had to lug up and down a tiny staircase each day as they had no rooms on the bottom. Also the staff sounded so annoyed when I inquired about a bottom room on the second day. They even have a wheelchair lift but it doesn't work so no luck there. The breakfast was exactly the same as any other hotel out there, basic sausage, biscuits, waffle machine... nothing special, just overall annoying and I will be happy to stay at another place next time."

"Great room, pretty, quality, and comfortable amenities. It was clean, has a bathtub, comfortable bed, down pillows, fridge and microwave for a very good price. However the room had less privacy than I expected from the images, it has a window above the front door which we threw a shirt over to cover. It needs frosting. The bathroom window could use frosting or a curtain too, because the blinds don't cover everything, so no matter where you are in the room, someone can see you if you're naked. We afixed the window with a trash bag to cover the remaining space. There's a private hot water heater for the bathroom, which was very nice. The bath had no plug, but we made due with a washcloth. Parking was abundant, renters responded very quickly and were polite. They had no issue with our late arrival, checking in was dead simple. This is a mostly quiet place, but we felt we could make noise comfortably. We are not particularly loud, but did stay up pretty late playing music to ourselves without complaint. Carpet had stains, but wasn't unsightly. The room smelled of cigarette smoke when we walked in, seemingly from other nearby renters smoking outside the room based on the evidence outside. We used a candle and the scent of smoke did not persist. The tv was stand out quality, large with very impressive sound and picture. The location was centrally located for our needs, we woud stay again. I would recommend this place, just bring a plastic bag or shirt for the windows."

"The room was only somewhat clean. The bedsheets had cigarette burns, the curtains were falling apart, and the floors were dirty and sticky. When we first arrived, there were two sheriff’s trucks parked outside, with people doing drugs nearby and several homeless individuals in front of the hotel. The overall environment felt unsafe and very rundown. The water from the sink came out yellow, which was extremely concerning. On top of that, when we checked out the next day, the staff initially refused to return my $100 deposit because they couldn’t find the record. The whole process was disorganized and frustrating. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience. I would not stay here again."

"The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative."

"Initially, we never received check-in information, so I had to reach out once we arrived. They then got us in right away.However, once we were inside, it was very clear that it had not been cleaned at all; stinky trash, rotting food in the sink and in the fridge, dirty sheets, etc. We tried to reach out to the hosts, but they did not reply to us until 2 days later, when they let us know that they left us paper towels on the doorstep. I had already let them know that we had to leave, as the conditions were so bad, so I don't know why they left paper towels! (I guess they expected me to do all the laundry, remake the beds, take out the trash, clean the fridge, sweep the floors, etc, and that paper towels would help!) The hosts have ghosted us about everything concerning this situation, but we do keep getting the automatic messages about checking out, "hope you enjoyed the stay" etc. :-( (We did NOT stay, and we did NOT enjoy having to go get hotel rooms last minute to accommodate our group, and we're not happy that they won't refund our money.) They have since ghosted VRBO administrators as well. "
