"This hotel location is spot on. We where on the 40th floor which I upgrade with additional charge and thought its quietter but you will hear the banging of doors from floor below and the sound of plumbing pipes. "

"Hotel entrance look fantastic but rooms were kind of outdated. Location is perfect, walking distance to subway stations and most tourist destinations. There was a mandatory destination fee applicable daily to selected food/beverage and a couple complimentary activities but were not really explained by the front desk. Although they gave a paper to read about it, it would be better customer service to explain what it is and how can you use and maximize the fee. And also to direct you where you can check ahead about the availability of complimentary activities. "

"There really aren't too many amenities but that is not why we chose this hotel. It was perfectly located for our needs (shows and shopping). The rooms are small so will probably need two rooms for a family of four, but I was able to get a last minute room for a great deal. Would definitely visit again."

"Lovely hotel nearby Penn station which is perfect for train to JFK and Newark airport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and refreshed everyday. We came with daughter partner and 2 young children and the staff ensured we had rooms next to each other. And, as always, the free arrival cookies are amazing lol"
