4 Bedroom 3 Bathroom Close to the beautiful Lake Eden and Downtown Delray

Spacious and modern 4 bedroom pool home (heated) on a quiet street. The home is conveniently located on the Delray/ Boynton border (5 minute drive to Atlantic Ave.)
Private yard with grass area, 'cornhole' game, outdoor furniture and BBQ ready to grill.
Beach is a 10 minute drive. Beach chairs, towels, cool box provided for your use. Brand New, East Boynton Turquoise Villa is an ultra-luxurious modern escape with a beautiful open professional kitchen/living area, master suite with ensuite bathroom, and wonderful split floorplan. The entire property is equipped with special-order bed linens and bath towels, as well as beach towels and beach chairs. The pool is heated to 84 degrees all year. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed with flat-screen TV and walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king size bed flat-screen and large closet. The third bedroom has a queen size beds, a flat screen tv and large closet. The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed flat screen tv and large closet.
The home has 3 full bathrooms. 2 large living areas, fully stocked chefs kitchen and an office.
The enormous backyard offers a 30’ by 15’ heated pool, tons of seating and backyard games
