"Very basic hotel 80s style, bed comfortable, however the long hard pillow very bad to sleep on , I have been up like 12 times during the night, my neck is killing me now ! No hot water , so I have had cold shower this morning! "

"This is an older property. The bathroom was humongous. The rrom was big. It is a clean, tired room close to all transportation. "

"During Semana Santa, Montserrat should make sure they give rooms to their hotel’s customers as far away as possible from the bar where the restaurant’s customers party until 4 am! I was here to rest and sleep. It was possible from 4.30 am after the staff rearranged the bar and the annoying metallic chairs."

"Excellent buffet breakfast. Clean room. Beds very comfortable if you like firm. Slightly marked down the condition score because the bathroom tiles were painted over and the caulking around the shower was slightly discoloured. Location excellent for a short bus ride to Granada. "

"A terrible experience. We booked 2 nights but decided to leave after the first night. There was loud talking coming from the hosts apartment which is directly below. This continued from 2am until 4:20am. It was impossible to sleep. The mattress was worn and suffered from roll together. The place was freezing when we arrived with no way of turning on any heating. Then at 9pm the radiators came on and it became stiflingly hot with no way of turning them down. There was no tea or coffee making facilities. Not even a sachet of instant coffee. No breakfast provision was mentioned. We knocked on the apartment door below to try to raise the host unsuccessfully between 8:30am and 9:30am. By the time the host eventually responded we had packed and were ready to leave. We tried to ask for a refund both in person and by messaging, in view of how badly misdescribed the property was but the host refused and kept full payment for the 2 nights. The additional £50 spent on a hotel was well worth it to get away from there. "

"Location worked out ok for us as close to bus and metro - about 15min walk to train- not a bad place just in need of upgrade and the last uograde a bit poorly done- good bfast and nice staff"

"Good location. Great access to the various sites and viewpoints. Roof top bar is a fantastic viewpoint too. Parking expensive but seems to be standard price around city. "
