Too many problems
A shame really as the property is a good size, is well laid out, in a quiet location and we like the enclosed garden. However, a significant number of problems led to a poor rating:-1. Leftover food found in the fridge! 2. The lounge blind was broken (unusable)3. The main bedroom blackout blind was broken (unusable)4. Stale cigarette smoke smell in the main bedroom 5. The ensuite shower only deserves 3 out of 106.The ensuite toilet seat needs replacing ughh 7. One tea towel for 6 days and no kitchen hand towels8. Not much cutlery/mugs (visitors round for a meal). 9. Cigarette butts on the patio. To be fair more cutlery and mugs arrived and the patio swept, though we weren’t comfortable with someone entering the property when we weren’t there. Then, we used the main oven for the first time and, unbeknown to us a baking tray had been left in the oven with leftover food on it. So, when we opened the oven the smoke and smeech was horrendous, setting off the smoke alarm and putting the dog into a panic! Subsequently, the baking tray had been taken while we were out, but this time the front door was left unlocked!A mixed experience which should have been an enjoyable one. We’re hoping that the responsible parties take heed.
