"Dirty bedding sheets pillows etc hsd to ask for new ones upon arrival. Several things in the room had already been previously damaged, hardly any hot water for showers, light switches are wired backwards. Old outdated room but other rooms hsd brsnd new everything updsted everything also still hsd msjor damaged and uncleaned filth. "

"The price of legacy is a resort price. but there is not enough pool chairs, they didn't light the firepits last night because the propane was out, the towels in the room are very thin and cheap. the restaurant is nice and convenient but closes at 10pm. and the hotel is isolated on the IMG campus, so you couldn't close the restaurant so early. they have a captive audience of teams coming to play in tournaments. but the hotel really should be so much nicer for the price"

"Everywhere smelt and looked clean. Room and bathroom was larger than expected. Amazing breakfast. Pool was small but had enough seating for everyone that was there that day. All the staff was very friendly "

"Hotel did not have the corner king room we reserved (and paid for) available. Tried to convince us our interior room was actually on the corner. Also said hotel was ‘sold out’ so the room you reserved was not available. We booked 3 months in advance. Tried speak a manager for 2 days but were unavailable and received no call back. Finally the incorrect room we were given had a huge spotlight that lit the building shining right in our room. "

"The out side looks modern but the inside is old and over used . The bedding and towels need to be replace 100% they are over used and not comfortable. The bad smell coming from the air conditioner and the walls smells like wet wood. I do not recommend to pay what the y are charging. The front did not help me to exchange room . So i guess the whole place is the same according to an employee."
