Breakers 4 is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized prior to your arrival. We pay special attention to high touch areas like remotes, light switches and doorknobs, etc... All bedding is professionally laundered and sanitized with fresh clean comforters or duvets.

Breakers 4 at the Sandcastle, located at 200 Gulf Drive South in Bradenton Beach is a luxury Gulf front condominium that embodies the old Florida lifestyle. Enjoy panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Bridge Street. Stay in the midst of Bradenton Beach’s historical district where Key West style shops and restaurants are just a short stroll away (there are 8 restaurants within a 5-minute walk). Fish or daydream on the city pier with postcard like views of sailboats and Cortez fishing village. This is the spot you’ll often see artist and photographers capturing nature at it best. With convenient shopping so close, you may not even need a car during your stay at the Sandcastle! Just hop on the trolley to explore all that Anna Maria has to offer.

This spacious and bright corner unit has 10’ ceilings, three bedrooms and two baths of pure luxury with casually elegant furnishings for your comfort and enjoyment. The top of the line kitchen features beautiful hardwood cabinets, granite countertops and state of the art appliances.

Other amenities to perfect your stay include: wireless high speed internet with expanded cable and free long distance calling, full size washer and dryer, central vacuum, heated pool, undercover parking for two cars, and a private veranda overlooking the beach. The living room features a brand new 55", television with Blu-Ray player! The master bedroom features a 32" televisions with a DVD player and the two guest bedrooms feature 21" televisions.

The ideal Anna Maria Island vacation begins here at the Sandcastle. Breakers 4 will sleep eight with a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and two rollaway beds.

Beautiful location!

Great location and large comfortable space. Perfect for beach, bars and relaxing! Only downside is the pool location (in the garage) - and the heater was not on when we arrived (didn’t know there was one), so it was too cold to swim in.

A wonderful vacation hideaway

My family and I couldn't of been more impressed with our stay. It was super clean and spacious and everything we needed was made available down to the beach towels and chairs! The view was amazing and it was steps away from the powdery white sand and crystal waters. As an added bonus we also faced historic Bridge Street and made our morning and nightly walk to the pier to check out the fishing and spot an array of exotic birds, and dolphin. Can't say enough about this place....it was perfect!

Perfect place on AMI

I have stayed on Anna Maria Island for the last 15 years this was my first year at in the Bridge Street area. This condo was perfect. We did not use the pool but we were so close to everything. Steps away from the beach. The condo was nice and the people were friendly. I will stay there again. Highly recommend.

The home is nice and very spacious and comfortable

The location is perfect being directly on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was very nice and worked very well for our family. The only issues we had weee with the cleaning prior to our arrival. There were dishes in the dishwasher, the floor was so dirty our feet were black within minutes of walking barefoot in the condo and you could tell they hadn’t cleaned behind/under furniture. We found numerous little things; a ball, hair ties, etc. we probably wouldn’t have noticed that but we had 3 kids age 1-5 and they find everything. Other than that everything else seemed very clean. We would definitely stay there again for the location, convenience to lots of fun things and a spacious place to stay.

Great Location..but needs some work

Let me start by saying I own a rental property and we take a lot of pride in our rental, we fix things when they are broken and generally upgrade stuff every season. The pro's of this place which others have all 's the best location! Right on the beach and at the end of Bridge Street. The house needs some work. Things were broken when we arrived. The AC didn't work, the covering to the blinds was on the ground, thresholds were loose or missing, the handle to the slider was broken off and the hair dryer didn't work. The fridge had a sign that said don't touch the temp but it then froze our food and we had to throw away our veggies. Our bed had a ripped fitted sheet. For the amount charged the owner should invest in this place. Buy some new outdoor cushions. The roll away beds are a good idea but it was FILTHY and basically just had springs and no cushion. The beach chairs are rusty and the closet for guests to use things is basically a dumping ground of items that other people have left. Another helpful hint..leave cleaning stuff for the 's not that expensive and it goes a long way in maintaining your house. When we called the rental company, they were FANTASTIC and acknowledged that there were things that needed to be fixed.
