"We loved the remodeling and location. We only stayed one night but the room was amazing with enough space for a family four. Can't wait to stay again."
"While our trip was excellent, the property was not. First, gaining access was a challenge. We were given the wrong code, which happened to be the owner's unit on the other side of the duplex. The second code didn't do the trick either. It was the third code that worked. Some things to note...the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It squeaked practically by just breathing. The "heated" pool was only heated on the first day. When we called about it we were told that it was on a timer and...

We were regulars on Sanibel Island. We stayed in Bradenton Beach/Anna Maria Island in the slowest time of the year (May) and traffic was really bad. Can't even imagine going during season. It would take you an hour to go 7 miles to the tip.

The area suffered immense damage from the Hurricane so the debris is still visible. I feel badly for the people.

Hopefully everyone will be able to rebuild so it will still be the quaint beach town it is known for!

Just about everything you need for a fun stay.
Very clean, modern, perfectly located, beach across the street with cabanas, chairs & umbrellas, option of beach massage, catamaran & jet ski rentals, outdoor pool is big and lots of loungers & tables plus a bathroom, grills, bicycles to rent, walk to restaurants, bay behind the hotel, room had good working A/C, king bed was comfortable, kitchenette has everything needed, large shower, lots of drawers & closet space. Plenty of parking spots for your car or golf cart. Staff were friendly & accommodating. Continental breakfast was average. Reasonably priced for April school vacation week- thank you!
A few recommendations:
1. A shelving unit with a bench in the bathroom under the hooks for storage & a place to put your clothes would be helpful.
2. Murphy bed was very uncomfortable. Could use a replacement or mattress topper.
3. Half wall in shower allowed for the floor to get soaked. Maybe add a curtain to prevent this.
Will stay here again and highly recommended this wonderful hotel.

"We had 14 folks with 9 kids 18. The house was beautiful and very spacious, with a completely renovated interior—including brand new furniture, appliances, and more. Kids loved the place and the game room upstairs when it was raining. We did experience a bunch of water in the back house due to the leaking around air conditioner, but the property owner arrived within an hour to address it. Both the owner and the agent were incredibly responsive and pleasant to work with. We especially loved the backyard, which featured a swim spa, fire pit, and mini golf. It was an easy walk to the beach, and the rooftop deck had such beautiful views. We’d definitely recommend this place for your next stay! "
