"Staff was very friendly. Cynthia (bar) was amazing - often working alone & still made sure everyone was taken care of. Housekeeping seemed short staffed. Our room was always delayed until close to 5pm to be cleaned. This was inconvenient because we wanted to get ready to go to dinner."
