"Everything was wonderful"

"Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine."

"Fabulous getaway to beautiful AMI! The cottage is exactly as described in the listing - but even better! We enjoyed perfect spring beach weather and beautiful sunsets in this serene little hideaway. The other guests were so friendly and it was nice to socialize in the common areas. We missed meeting Alice, but just means we need to go back. Cottage 2 was impeccably clean and well stocked, and beach access was easy. 10/10!"

"Pool was a little cold"

"We absolutely loved the location of this condo. It's a short walk from a fairly quiet beach, and a 5 minute walk to Walgreens, restaurants and a trolley stop. There are dressers, closets and hooks for a comfortable stay, and entertainment including streaming services, playing cards and books. The condo is well stocked with kitchen items, spices, towels and beach supplies. Several of the beach chairs were broken, but we found enough to make it work. The listing could use updating regarding the view. There is no longer a small house between the condo and beach. It has been torn down and a very large home is being built in its place. There is still a small view of the beach, but it's mostly a view of the back of another home. I would still choose this condo for location and comfort, but would have appreciated an update about the construction to avoid disappointment. "

"Pool was great. A few suggestions for homeowners. Hooks in bathrooms for clothes. Nightstand on each side of bed. More outside chairs. Big tables but only 6 chairs. Repair decking as there was a missing wedge with a screw that was dangerous for our 2 year old. Loose board on stairs. Clean lounge chairs. Stove top burners were tricky."

"I cannot say enough nice things about this property. We had easily accessible parking, clean & comfortable accommodations, an amazing view of the beach from the balcony, all needed utensils to use the kitchen & grill, a ping pong table as well as accessories to make beach time more relaxing. Parvenah was an amazing host. Communication was great and she is so nice. Very highly recommended. I noticed some mentioned the traffic out front. It is busy, but it is not distracting. However, if you prefer more quiet, there is a balcony and yard in back that is calmer and has more breeze. "

"Very cozy and comfortable. Convenient to beach and restaurant and grocery store. The unit itself could use a little TLC or upgrading. Would love to see a few more items in the kitchen for guests who eat in/cook breakfast — pot holders would be great. Just little things. "
